Breas Medical was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1991 and has provided innovative respiratory medical device products to the global market for more than 25 years. Breas has long been known for its Swedish design and reliable technology. Breas offers a complete and comprehensive line of respiratory medical devices from Homecare Life Support Ventilation to CPAP devices and everything in between.

Breas uses the Javonet native integration technology to access the .NET based USB library of their Vivo respiration supporting devices directly from Java code. The project required the seamless communication of the Java based application with the existing USB library coming from .NET technology. The usage of Javonet technology allowed for the quick and reliable accomplishment of this task. The communication between the Java application and the .NET based USB library is done just as if all of the parts were based on a single technology. Which guarantees the native performance and stability. At the same time Breas opened their .NET based USB library to the Java developers.

We are proud to support this project with our Javonet the world-wide leader native integration technology between Java and .NET that provides the unique advantage over web services guaranteeing highest performance (1000x faster than web services), maximum reliability and security.

Thanks to usage of Javonet companies can access any .NET, C++/COM or Java modules in .NET or Java technology ‘as they are’ with no changes to the source code and utilize them within single operating system process.
